X1E offers the option of connecting the equipment to the network through its new Ethernet port, ensuring robust network communications in complex environments. Ethernet connectivity can also be used in congested environments in terms of wireless signal. In addition, the X1E offers WPA2-Enterprise EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS and EAP-TTLS Wi-Fi authentication and dedicated physical switches for Wi-Fi and Ethernet, meeting strict network-level security requirements.

Fully Functional With LAN Only Mode

X1E can work independently without connection to the Bambu Cloud service, being fully functional within the local network. Customers can remotely control the X1E through LAN communication without the need for an Internet connection. Effectively Filter Particulates And VOCs Generated by 3D Printing

The system combines a G3 prefilter, a HEPA H12 filter and a high-quality active carbon filter based on coconut shell to ensure optimal air filtration. Improved filtration effectively reduces excessive odors and particles generated by printing in poorly ventilated environments.

Reduce Warping, Improve Layer Bonding

X1E can heat and actively regulate the temperature in the room. Precise chamber temperature control up to 60 °C or 140 °F improves print quality, especially for warp-prone filaments such as ABS and PC.

More Heat For Higher Temperature Materials

The higher temperature of the nozzle allows the printing of high-performance materials, such as PPA CF or GF, PPS and PPS CF. These materials have better dimensional stability, increased temperature resistance and superior mechanical performance.

Super Fast And Rigid Structure For Continuous High Speed Printing

The carbon fiber rods in the CoreXY motion structure allow the X1E to achieve a workhead acceleration of 20,000 mm per second squared by reducing the mass of moving parts. This higher acceleration allows the X1E to maintain its maximum travel speed of 500mm per second for longer intervals, significantly reducing overall print time.

Stable & Quality Prints Even At Higher Speeds

X1E can actively compensate for X- and Y-axis vibrations and extrusion problems to ensure very uniform print quality at high speeds. All measurements are fully automatic, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

X1E's AI algorithm can detect first-layer imperfections and spaghetti failures using Lidar and computer vision. The printer automatically interrupts the print to prevent major failures and waste of filament.

Supports Auto Filament Reload and Enables Multi-Material Printing with Support Material for Improved Surface Quality

X1E can connect up to 4 Bambu AMS modules in parallel and can work with up to 16 filament rolls, which allows the use of dedicated support materials for uniform surfaces and multicolor printing. The AMS system also allows the automatic refilling of the filament to fully use the roll before switching to a new one.
