How to order
A step-by-step guide to placing an order on irisrobotics.ro.
Choose your products
Browse our product categories or use the search bar to find exactly what you need. Each product has a detailed page with specifications, images and price.
Add to basket
Click the "Add to basket" button on the product page. You can add several products and adjust the quantities from the basket page.
Fill in your details
On the checkout page, fill in your billing and delivery details. Choose your preferred delivery method: courier or collection from Iași.
Choose a payment method
Select a payment method: card payment (you will be redirected to the secure payment page), bank transfer (payment order), cash on delivery, or instalments through TBI Bank (for orders between 4,000 and 40,500 RON).
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and order number. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery.

You can also place orders directly by email at contact@irisrobotics.ro, by phone at +40 738 435 679 or on WhatsApp at +40 725 489 118. You will receive a pro-forma invoice and assistance with setting up an account.
