We give you the price quote and the datasheets for the funding application free of charge. After approval we deliver through the procedure set in the project.

Everything you need for the procurement file
From the technical specifications to acceptance. With every delivery you receive the invoice and the warranty certificate. We also provide the declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer, where the product has one.
Quote and datasheets
The price quote, the datasheets and a list of minimum requirements for the technical specifications or for the funding application.
Training for users
We train the teachers, researchers and staff who use the equipment. We also run robotics and artificial intelligence courses.
Installation, acceptance and service
We install the equipment and sign the acceptance report. For Pepper and Prusa printers we provide our own service in Iași, and for the other brands we offer technical support and arrange service with the manufacturer.
Applications in Romanian
For NAO and Pepper we have the Romanian language kit, already bought through SEAP by universities. On request we also develop other educational applications.

Can IRIS Robotics products be bought from the SEAP catalog?
Yes. We publish the products in the SEAP/SICAP electronic catalog and the institution buys them by direct purchase. If the product you need is not in the catalog yet, we publish it on request and send you its code.
Do you take part in tenders and simplified procedures?
Yes. Since 2020 we have won more than 35 lots in award procedures, in addition to direct purchases from the catalog. We submit the bid through SEAP, with the documents required in the tender data sheet.
Can you help with the specifications for the technical requirements?
Yes. We send you the product datasheets and a list of minimum requirements that you can adapt for the technical specifications. We also tell you which CPV codes other institutions used for the same type of equipment.
Can we buy with EU funds or PNRR money?
Yes. For the funding application we send you the price quote, the datasheets and the description of the equipment free of charge. After the project is approved, the purchase follows the procedure set in the financing contract.
What documents do we receive on delivery?
The invoice, the warranty certificate and the handover report. We also provide the declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer, where the product has one. On request we add the installation and training report.
Who does the installation and training?
Our team from Iași. We come to your institution anywhere in Romania, put the equipment into operation and train the teachers, researchers or staff who use it.
What warranty and service do you offer?
Public institutions, like any company, have the 12-month IRIS commercial warranty from delivery. Where the manufacturer gives a longer warranty, we state it in the quote. For Pepper and Prusa printers we provide our own service in Iași. For the other brands we offer technical support and commissioning, and we arrange service with the manufacturer.
Which CPV codes are used for robots and 3D printers?
For humanoid and educational robots the code used most often has been 42997300-4 (industrial robots), for 3D printers 30232100-5, for software packages 48900000-7 and for laboratory equipment 38000000-5. The contracting authority chooses the final code.
