Warranty
All products sold by IRIS Robotics are covered by the statutory warranty under the legislation in force:
- 24 months for individuals
- 12 months for legal entities
The warranty period starts on the date the product is delivered. Certain products may benefit from an extended warranty period, as specified on the product page.
Warranty conditions
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes:
- Repair or replacement of the defective product
- Technical support throughout the warranty period
- Spare parts (where applicable)
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Unauthorised modifications to the product
- Normal wear and tear of consumable components
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations
Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.
How do I return a product?
- Notify our customer relations department within 48 hours of receiving the product, at the address contact@irisrobotics.ro
- Fill in the return form that you will receive by email
- Return the product in its original packaging, complete and undamaged
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must show no signs of use or damage
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- The return shipping costs are borne by the customer
