Courier delivery

Products are delivered through our courier partners Cargus and Fun Curier throughout Romania. For certain products, delivery is handled by IRIS ROBOTICS staff and includes hands-on training.

Collection from Iași

You can collect your order free of charge from our office at Strada Rândunica 2, Iași. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Delivery times

Products in stock are dispatched within 3-5 working days. For made-to-order or pre-order products, delivery takes a minimum of 4 weeks.

Packaging and protection

All products are packaged carefully to ensure their integrity in transit. Fragile products receive additional protective packaging.

Delivery costs

Orders worth more than 6,000 lei (VAT included) qualify for free delivery within Romania.

For orders below this threshold, the delivery cost is shown in the basket before you complete the order.

Personal collection from our office in Iași is free of charge.

For bulky or oversized products, the shipping cost may vary. We will contact you to confirm it before dispatch.
