The Prusa Pro HT90 is designed to make the most of advanced materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PCCF, Flex and more. The actively heated chamber, up to 90 °C, provides exceptional adhesion between layers and superior print quality, enabling the creation of large objects without warping or layer separation.

The innovative air flow management system allows printing large volumes and consoles with a minimum of supports, avoiding overheating of the printed object.

Interchangeable print heads

The printhead is magnetically fixed, easily replaceable. HT90 includes:

High-Flow printhead with 0.4mm Revo nozzle for rapid prototyping with materials up to 300 °C
High-Temp printhead with 0.6mm Revo nozzle, abrasion resistant, capable of reaching 500 °C

Actively heated chamber with HEPA filter

The actively heated chamber can reach up to 90 °C, providing an ideal environment for advanced materials.

High speed, excellent print quality

Equipped with Klipper firmware and Input Shaper technology, the HT90 achieves ultra-fast print speeds without compromising quality.

Offline operation for maximum security

HT90 allows completely offline operation, ensuring data privacy. It can be managed remotely via Prusa Connect, and the system integrates a camera for monitoring.
