Anything that goes out to customers or changes important data goes through a person on your team.
Your data stays with you
We work on your accounts and systems. We sign the data processing agreement before the first test on real data.
AI says it is AI
Assistants that write to customers say from the start that they are AI assistants, as the AI Act requires.
What we do not build
Systems that make decisions about people on their own in hiring or credit (high-risk under the AI Act), and emotion recognition in schools or workplaces, which the AI Act bans.

Which processes are worth automating?
Those that repeat daily, follow clear rules and come in high volume: quote requests, routine emails, data copied from documents, reports. In the audit we tell you which ones pay off and what they cost.
Which systems do you connect to?
Any system with an API or a data export: CRMs such as HubSpot, Google or Microsoft email, Drive, invoicing software and databases. In the audit we check what each one allows.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model by task, by cost and by your data rules, from the major language model providers. The provider accounts are in your company's name.
Where is the data stored?
In your accounts and systems. We sign the data processing agreement before the first test on real data.
How much does AI usage cost?
It depends on volume: how many emails, forms or documents the automation processes. We estimate it in the audit and the invoices come directly from the providers, on your accounts.
How long does it take?
The audit takes 4 working days and the prototype 10. You get the length of the implementation in the audit plan, in working days.
What experience do you have with AI?
Since 2020 we have built dialogue applications in Romanian for social robots, and since 2023 we have connected language models to Pepper robots.
Do you also build automations without AI?
Yes. When a simple rule solves the problem, we do not use AI, because it is cheaper and safer.
