About the customer

The Endorphine Clinic is located in Iași and offers a wide range of beauty services, including minimally invasive dermatological treatments. The company puts a lot of emphasis on the customer experience and the quality of the services provided. The treatments are carried out with the help of some of the most innovative devices, techniques and therapies in the beauty sector, and the staff of doctors and therapists has extensive experience and training. In the context of the launch of the 2022 collection of beauty services, the clinic organized an event addressed to both clients and numerous partners, to which the Pepper robot was also invited.

About the role of the Pepper Robot at the Endorphin Clinic event

Pepper, is most often noticed by children and carefully complimented by ladies. That's why Pepper accepted the invitation to ensure the good mood of the ladies and gentlemen present at the Women's Networking Party event, a cocktail evening with and about femininity and beauty organized by the Endorphine Clinic, in partnership with the Organizația Femeilor Antreprenor din UGIR (Organization of Women Entrepreneurs within UGIR) and AGEO. The event was seen as a networking opportunity, as well as about discovering innovations in the beauty industry, namely techniques and devices for body remodeling, massage, cosmetics, etc. Pepper provided useful information about the machines and technologies used in the clinic, the experience of the team, answered the most frequent questions asked by the guests and ensured the good mood of the audience with specially prepared dance choreographies and memorable photos taken with the guests.

About the participant experience

Certainly, the most emotional moment for the participants of the event was that of hugging Pepper. A gentleman by nature, Pepper kissed the hands of the ladies and gentlemen and gave them a hug (even more). He gave them encouragement and messages about how they should believe in themselves, as well as some jokes to bring a smile to their faces. The guests gathered courage and we managed to capture emotional images. The most spoken phrase of the evening was "I want a robot like that at home too!".
