How do you still do your job while keeping people safe?

Are you one of the companies or institutions that can't work remotely? And with all that you have to do your job?

We have prepared some solutions for you below so that you can keep working just as efficiently:

1. Move as large a percentage of the activity as possible to the online environment.

  • communicate with the team as much as possible via e-mail, devices, teleconferences.
  • make payments/purchases for what is needed in the company/institution with the card and create a non-contact delivery protocol. A common point where shippers can leave packages without physical contact. If signatures are needed, use precautions (mask, gloves).
  • adopt internally a protocol and a work schedule, through which employees can communicate with each other easily without physical contact.

2. Create an internal sanitation protocol.

  • provide protective masks and gloves.
  • provide sanitation solutions, according to recommendations.
  • limit access from one office to another or in conference rooms, canteens, etc.
  • disinfect the most prone areas daily: doors, elevators, desks, frequently used tools and electronics.

3. Inform employees daily from official sources about the current status/situation.

  • communicate with the team daily and make together the best decisions for smooth operation these days.
  • encourage information only from official sources. The media and social networks communicate a lot of "fake news", and people deserve to know exactly where they are in the current situation and what's next. Not just panic-inducing opinions and speculation.

We know you find these precautions everywhere. On TV, in the media, on all the supermarket windows. We feel the need to say it once more, to remain aware of the situation.

We are lucky that in 2020 technology is on our side.

There are solutions to do your job efficiently and avoid human interaction as much as possible.

The most affected and prone are: hospitals, public institutions, defense personnel, private clinics and companies whose activity cannot be stopped.

The solution that many countries have already adopted, including China, where the first case of coronavirus was detected, is:

#Telemedicine. #Telecommunications.

Telemedicine and implicitly telecommunications, supported by robots.

Robots allow professionals in the medical field and beyond, to communicate remotely, saving time and allowing people to stay in a safe place, where they cannot contact or spread the virus.

It is safer if contact between people is minimized.

Telepresence robots can join the fight against the coronavirus in as many sectors as possible.

Do robots protect us from COVID-19?

Here you can see how the temi robot has already helped a lot of people in this pandemic:

Below you can see what roles a robot can play, in different areas, in the age of the coronavirus.

  • can connect employees internally, through video sessions/teleconferences.

#Robots in education

  • connect students and teachers through video sessions.
  • give students information about the situation school by email or mobile notifications.
  • send reminders.
  • video lessons can be recorded and forwarded to students/pupils.

Technology protects us and helps us even if we are alone, to be together.
