Card payments go through NETOPIA Payments, with no card fee. For a bank transfer you get a pro forma invoice, and we ship once the payment is confirmed.

How can I pay?
By card through NETOPIA Payments, by bank transfer or, as an individual, in instalments with TBI Bank, for orders with products worth between RON 4,000 and RON 20,000. You choose the method at checkout.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
No. We cover the card payment fee.
How much is delivery?
Courier delivery depends on the weight of the parcel and the address. You see the cost at checkout, before you pay. In Iași you can collect your order from our office for free.
Do products on sale have a warranty?
Yes, the same as our other products: 24 months for individuals and 12 months for companies, from delivery. Some products have an extended warranty, stated on their page.
