D1000 Pro HS
Large industrial 3D printer, volume of 1 cubic meter.
D1000 Pro HS is an improved version of the D1000 model, optimized for high-speed printing based on advanced Klipper development. It uses a new hotend, with a flow rate of up to 90 mm³/s, and the stable printing speed can reach 300 mm/s, up to 5 times faster than the previous model.
With a construction volume of over 1050 x 1050 x 1050 mm, it is the ideal machine for large and full-size parts, prototypes, tools, molds, devices and templates made in-house. In a few days you can get a fully functional, high quality prototype. CreatBot large spools of filament, PLA, ABS, ASA, PA-CF and others, are perfect for large models, without the worry of frequent filament changes. All functions are performed to the highest standards. Every time, every piece, without mistakes.
Large prototypes from engineering materials
Faurecia is a global supplier of systems and equipment for the automotive industry. They use the CreatBot D1000 Pro HS 3D printer to design and develop car seat molds, widely used for Audi, VW, NISSAN and GM. The molds shown in the video are typical products made by 3D printing with the D1000 Pro HS. The container and the lid must withstand 100 MPa, and Nylon with carbon fiber, with 50% filling, was chosen for production. The result was excellent, and the parts passed the company's strict tests.
No worries about dimensions, for prototypes with high resistance
CreatBot D1000 Pro HS was designed to make industrial 3D printing of large objects and prototypes as simple as possible. It includes advanced technologies for very large, spectacular prints. It is an excellent choice if you need a large industrial 3D printer for prototyping and engineering-level materials.
If you are tired of the fragility of PLA and the deformation of ABS, try our UltraPA-CF material. Print a large model with a large nozzle, and in a few days you will get an oversized model with a strength of 80 MPa and thermal resistance up to 150°C. A very good choice for validating prototypes.

Double extruder with automatic lifting, up to 420°C
D1000 Pro HS is equipped with an intelligent kit of double extruders, with automatic lifting, and hotend temperature up to 420°C. The hotend can be quickly replaced with one of another size. It can print not only PLA at maximum speed plus water-soluble materials, such as PVA, for prototyping, but also ABS, PC, Nylon, carbon fiber and other high-performance materials for direct use. The dual hotend system is easy to maintain and has affordable consumables.
Why does the heated room matter
Reducing thermal stress and deformation
In engineering materials and large parts, uneven cooling produces internal thermal stress, which can lead to warping, delamination or cracks.
Improving adhesion between layers
In a cold environment, large temperature differences weaken the adhesion between layers. A heated chamber maintains the optimal temperature of the layer, improving molecular diffusion and increasing resistance.
Reducing the impact of humidity
The heated chamber reduces the influence of humidity on hygroscopic materials, such as nylon, preventing bubbles or the decrease in resistance caused by water absorption during printing.
Consistency of the process
In production, temperature stability in the room is essential for uniformity between parts. Active control reduces environmental variations and increases repeatability.
Room temperature can warp the printer
In large format FFF printing, the increase in temperature in the room can produce thermal deformations of the structure: expansion of the metal, misalignment of the axes and displacements of the mechanical components. These small distortions accumulate layer by layer and can lead to:
- gap between layers and rougher surface
- loss of dimensional accuracy
- structural defects in large parts
That is why treating the room temperature as a simple optional "add on" or as a later upgrade is, often, a wrong approach if there is no compensation for the deformations of the car.
CreatBot solution
CreatBot has over 8 years of research on room temperature control for industrial FFF printers.
By combining two patented technologies:
- Intelligent chamber heating algorithm, which anticipates and counters irregular deformations caused by temperature variations
- Z-Axis Magic Box technology, which maintains surface finish by real-time compensation for frame and build plate expansion
- Result: flawless prints, even when slight machine deformations occur
- Sturdy construction reduces deformation. Weight matters, a heavier printer means less distortion
Stability
The integral steel case ensures stability during printing and significantly extends the life span. The optimization of the structure and the cooperation of the components allow sustained and efficient operation. The first CreatBot printers with an integral steel body have been working for over 13 years and have exceeded 30,000 hours of use.
Large, affordable and reliable 3D printer
CreatBot D1000 Pro HS was created to make industrial 3D printing of large objects and prototypes as easy as possible. It is an industrial printer that meets the demands of the market and includes a new intelligent system with double extruder, closed heated chamber, automatic leveling and camera control for large and spectacular prints.
The control technology through the camera allows the monitoring and control of the process from the application, for maximum quality in the shortest time and with minimal risk of failure. With a quick-heating platform and a warm chamber, this large-format workhorse delivers impressive results with high-quality materials.
CreatBot D1000 Pro HS sets a new standard in additive manufacturing and expands the material capabilities of large-scale 3D printers, significantly reducing costs and time for many companies.
