CREATBOT D600 3D printer

This solidly built 3D printer features a dual print head with a closed print enclosure with transparent walls and a heated ceramic print table. The CreatBot D600 prints beautifully with PLA, ABS, Nylon, PET-G, including HIPS and PVA. It is an excellent printer for engineering and education, being able to simultaneously print many large objects or models.

A 3D printer requires a certain weight to ensure stability during operation. That's why an all-metal chassis is the best strength structure for a 3D printer.

The extruders have an intelligent cooling system, ensuring the supply of filament at the optimal temperature at all times. The extrusion nozzles can be adjusted in height very quickly and easily. It is the ideal mode when you want to print with support, with different materials or colors.

CreatBot is equipped with a power management module. When printing is completed and no action is taken for 5 minutes, the power supply will be cut off. It is very useful for increasing energy efficiency.

Creatbot has a multifunction keyboard. This allows easy access to the most used functions, including lowering/raising the print table, heating/cooling the print table, pausing and restarting printing, viewing files on the SD card, etc.

A gear motor produces more torque compared to a regular stepper motor, allowing for smooth filament feeding and precise, firm retraction.

Above the heating panel is a special ceramic plate which, although more expensive than a glass one, provides better heat distribution. In addition, it is very smooth and provides very good adhesion.

Using a full metal support for the printing table ensures a very stable printing platform.

Filament detection system

Don't worry if you run out of filament while printing. The printer will automatically shut down and allow you to change the filament, after which you can continue printing as if nothing happened.

High printing temperature

The print nozzles can operate at temperatures up to 400 ºC. This means you can use a wide range of filaments. Also, the temperature is kept stable during printing.

Continuous printing

If the power supply is interrupted, the printer will memorize the last position, lower the print table and retract its filament.When the power is restored, you can continue printing.

Print space closed

The print space is closed on all sides, which prevents warping or delamination, especially for large objects.
