Power failure protection, filament exhaustion detection and automatic 25-point printing surface leveling help create optimal semi-industrial printing conditions.

Specific features of CREATBOT F430

Print head 420 °C

CREATBOT F430 is equipped with dual extruders. The left 260°C extruder can print with PLA, ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible, etc. The right 420°C extruder is made of martensitic steel and can print with high-performance filament such as PEEK, ULTEM, etc.

The dual hotend is replaceable, which gives more possibilities in your application

Stability

The whole steel body not only ensures printing stability, but also greatly extends the use period. The optimization and cooperation of the overall structure ensures sustainable and efficient operation. According to the manufacturer, the first batch of CREATBOT F430 printers have been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.

Closed enclosure + hot room 70 °C

-Fully closed chamber can block all external interference and reduce noise.
-The hot chamber device ensures a constant chamber temperature of 70 °C, which can prevent warping of prints.

Power failure protection and filament depletion detection

CREATBOT F430 will automatically memorize the current position and save the print data. It will continue printing from the last stop point after starting. CREATBOT F430 will avoid invalid printing by stopping printing and warning when filament runs out.

High accuracy and high speed

CREATBOT F430 has an integrated extruder feeding system and guide rail that allows high speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach 0.04 mm and allows constant filament extrusion without blocking.

Touch screen

CREATBOT F430 printer has touch screen with full menu in English, which provides an efficient and friendly user experience. A hot key, a print key, as well as many other hotkeys.

Air filtration system

The air filter system can absorb impurities and gases generated by special filament printing, safer and environmental protection, which is more suitable for home, school, office spaces.

Glass-ceramic platform

CREATBOT F430 is equipped with a heatable glass-ceramic platform. Glass-ceramic has high thermal efficiency and has the best low expansion coefficient, so it does not deform when heated and cooled. Most materials can be extruded and clamped to the bed very well.

Auto Calibration

CREATBOT F430 has the 25-point smart BLtouch version which involves the use of 25 points through the probe to save the flatness level of the platform from the initial position, so that a fully automatic leveling is achieved.
