Peopoly Moai 130 - SPEED AND PRECISION
Moai is powered by a 32-bit ARM ST processor capable of interpreting Gcode, enabling high-precision movements.

While most FDM 3D printers come with a 0.40mm nozzle, Moai's laser spot size is just 70 microns, or 0.07mm in diameter.

This makes the "filament resolution" a much higher resolution than any FDM 3D printer can achieve.

But because the filament is a laser curing resin and not a nozzle extrusion head, the machine can print very quickly and maintain low print times even at this high level of precision.

Combined with 10 micron layer height, this printer offers the best value for money in the laser SLA world today.

CUT WITH FEP FILM
With the standard Moai resin pot, which uses a PDMS film, over time, resin left in the pot can adhere to the surface, resulting in less usable resin for your parts.

Additionally, the tank must be cleaned periodically as resin builds up. With this new design, however, the resin will remain in its liquid state, thanks to the FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) material covering the tub.

Much less cleanup is required and all resin in the vat will remain usable for listing!

PART SUPPORT PLATE
Platform leveling is a somewhat cumbersome process on the standard support plate on the Moai, but it won't be anymore. This new board is designed to facilitate leveling, which works with both FEP and PDMS pan.

UV LED enables rapid curing of your Moai prints with six high power UV LEDs.

Designed to keep the internal chamber above 25C, the heating module is controlled by sensors and has its own power supply.

The heater's internal thermostat will activate whenever the ambient temperature is not in the 27C-35C temperature range. The fan stays on while the unit is plugged in.
