What applications can run on my robot?+
IRIS Apps is our catalog of ready-made applications for social robots. It includes reception, interactive presentation, lead capture, sales assistance, guided tours and entertainment functions. In addition to the standard applications, we can customize every project.
How long does deployment take?+
The software component is the robot's lifeblood, delivered as an application that hosts the required features. Deployment typically takes from two weeks to two months or more, depending on complexity and the desired behaviors.
Which robots are compatible with IRIS Apps?+
IRIS Apps is compatible with Pepper, NAO, EduRobot, temi and Unitree G1+ EDU. We can also develop bespoke applications for other robotic platforms on request.
Can I rent a robot instead of buying one?+
Yes, we offer Pepper Robot rental for events, conferences, launches and trade fairs. A specialist from our team comes to your venue with a user guide and runs a full demonstration.
What technical support is included?+
All products include 30 minutes of online training, specialist technical support and assistance by phone, video call or TeamViewer. Depending on the chosen subscription (12 or 24 months), the robot is covered by the warranty.
Can the robot be visually customized?+
Yes, we can customize the robot's tablet interface, the messages it displays, the available languages and its behaviors. The robot can also be branded with your company logo.
