Creality's K1 Max is a powerful FDM 3D printer with extremely attractive aesthetics and a large print volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm. The robust design allows the high-speed FDM giant to achieve extremely high print speeds without compromising print quality!

12 times faster, defy limitations

K1 Max reaches the speed of 600mm/s* in just 0.03s, based on an acceleration of 20,000mm/s². Achieve the productivity of multiple 3D printers together, with just one!

*Typical speed is 300mm/s. The travel speed is 800mm/s. The speed of 600mm/s is achieved in the Creality lab in Surface mode with a layer height of 0.1mm.

Flow rate of 32mm³/s in maximum operation mode

The new ceramic heating element surrounds the entire hotend. It heats up to 200℃ in 40 seconds and melts the filament instantly. The twin-gear direct extruder ensures high extrusion force. The hotend has titanium alloy heatbreak and hardened steel nozzle, performing excellently at temperatures up to 300℃.

Flow calibration through LiDAR monitoring

K1 Max is designed so that LiDar determines the perfect flow for each filament through several test lines before printing begins. This way, the right amount of filament is always processed, so you don't have to deal with voids caused by too little extruded material or small piles caused by too much extruded material! With K1 Max there are no more hassles!

Worry-free AI-assisted printing: AI LiDAR takes care of the first layer

Still worried about the first layer? Leave it all to the K1 Max's LiDAR AI.

The LiDAR scanner with 1 μm resolution monitors the first layer and independently determines the ideal amount of material for it. If errors occur, the K1 Max automatically shuts down and notifies you via your smartphone or PC that an error has occurred.

AI-assisted worry-free printing: The AI camera keeps a close watch

K1 Max has a built-in AI camera, which it uses to continuously monitor the printing process in real time. It detects printing errors, foreign objects and "spaghetti" or loose elements in the build space and reports them to the user. Thanks to the time-lapse function, you can make beautiful recordings of printing processes and share them with other 3D printing enthusiasts.

High print volume and maximum use of space

The elegant K1 Max features a large print volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm, ideal for rapid prototyping or printing design samples. The maximum print volume provides the most efficient use of space (the ratio of print volume to printer size being 25.5%), which means that the printer still maintains a compact size! This makes the K1 Max the most size-efficient FDM 3D printer in its class.

Smooth textures without Z axis vibration

The Z axis, always precisely guided and positioned, effectively reduces the appearance of "wrinkles" and creates incredibly fine textures without layer displacement.

No echo effect at high speed

A G-sensor in the print head measures the resonant frequencies of high-speed printing and automatically adjusts the printer to reduce them. No more ghosting or echoing effects in printing.

Improved power with Motion Advance

The "Motion Advance" function will provide the optimal power flow. Effectively reduces the formation of clumps and leaks.

Fully automatic dual leveling without manual intervention

First, voltage sensors in the heated print bed generate a precise leveling network for automatic compensation.

Secondly, AI LiDAR scans the bed tilt in millions of points for more accurate leveling.

Measurement data from both systems is autonomously combined by the K1 Max, which thus ensures automatic compensation of unevenness on the print surface.Really smart.

Robust construction for high speeds and smooth printing

The solid CoreXY structure and lightweight printhead weighing only 190g are designed for high speeds. The robust chassis, combined with the lightweight design of the moving parts, ensures less inertia and vibration, and more stability.

Durable aluminum alloy rigid chassis, stable quality

The solid frame of the K1 Max is made of die-cast aluminum alloy and CNC machined. This ensures the highest precision and stable printing behavior, even at high speeds!

Dual fan cooling of the printed model

A large, ducted fan mounted on the hotend cools the model directly. An 18W auxiliary fan in the print enclosure also improves the cooling effect. The model hardens before potential problems such as warping occur. This allows bridges and projections to be made without additional supports.

Efficient built-in air purifier

The built-in air purifier filters unpleasant odors and fine particles generated during printing, ensuring a much more pleasant printing environment.

Creality Print 4.3 genetically modified for speed

The latest in-house developed slicer, Creality Print 4.3, includes rich presets and simplifies the slicing process in 3 simple steps. In addition, it enhances high-speed printing with features such as “variable line width”, “arc path” and others.

K1 adopts the intelligent Creality OS. It provides users with a simple interface and synchronizes data and commands with PC, phone, Cloud and add-on modules.
