420℃ auto-rising dual extrusions

CreatBot F1000 3D printer has built-in a new automatic extrusion kit with automatic temperature increase up to 420℃, extruders can be quickly replaced with others of different sizes. It is capable of printing a multitude of materials such as: PLA +PVA, water soluble filaments, ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible material as well as other high performance filaments for direct application. The dual extruder is easy to maintain and affordable to replace.

High accuracy and high speed

Your printer has an integrated extruder feeding system and a guide rail that allows high speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach 0.01mm and allows constant filament extrusion without blocking.

Stability

The whole steel body not only ensures printing stability, but also greatly extends the use period. The optimization and cooperation of the overall structure ensures sustainable and efficient operation. The first batch of CreatBot 3D printers has been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.

Precise Linear Guide Rail

The precise linear structure of the rail can print patterns with 4 to 5 times more precision than other ordinary optical axis printers in the mass market. This structure provides the precise feeding

of filaments so it can quickly and perfectly print large models.

Closed enclosure + hot room & filament drying room

-Fully enclosed camera can block any external interference. This frame can also reduce noise while providing a constant temperature so the model doesn't warp.

-The filament drying chamber provides temperatures of 45℃ and 65℃ to dry nylon, PC, ABS and other materials with high water absorption.

-60° C hot chamber ensures print quality for high performance materials.

Power failure protection and filament depletion detection

The printer will automatically save the current position and save the print data. It will continue printing from the last stop point after starting. The printer will avoid invalid printing by stopping printing and warning when filament runs out.

Camera control technology

Camera control technology allows customers to control the printing process with speed, pause, temperature, etc. with a remote application that can achieve the best print quality in the shortest time without failure. A very useful feature for large models and long run printing.

Touch screen 9.7 - full color

The printer has a touch screen with full menu in English, which provides an efficient and friendly user experience.

Glass-ceramic platform

The printer is equipped with a heatable glass-ceramic platform. Glass-ceramic has high thermal efficiency and has the best low expansion coefficient, so it does not deform when heated and cooled. Most materials can be extruded and clamped to the bed very well.

Auto Calibration

The printer has the 25-point smart BLtouch version which involves the use of 25 points through the probe to save the flatness level of the platform from the initial position, so that a fully automatic leveling is achieved.
