The set contains:

1. SINTERIT Lisa X 3D printer

Lisa X is a compact, very fast 3D printer with a large 3D printing area. Lisa X also has open print parameters, providing access to the full range of Sinterit materials as well as other third-party materials, giving you more freedom to innovate.

It is a professional 3D printer model that uses SLS technology, from the portfolio of the manufacturer Sinterit. Sinterit SLS 3D printers are known for their ease of use, uncompromising quality and availability, operating daily in multiple industries including automotive, electronics, mechanical engineering, consumer goods, and more.

Thanks to the powerful laser (30W) and the Galvo scanner, it achieves industrial-type speed for a compact 3D printer, without sacrificing high quality prints. This makes the Lisa X a suitable investment for those who need more detailed prints in a much faster time. Most designs can be printed in less than 24 hours, shortening product development cycles.

The printer has a wide variety of compatible materials: nine materials, from ultra durable, flexible to more specialized materials such as ESD powder. The printer is compatible with all the powders in the manufacturer's portfolio, thus meeting your needs, but it also offers the possibility of working with third-party materials.

2. ATEX vacuum cleaner

Get your printer ready for your next print in less than 10 minutes. With the dust separator you can use the ATEX Vacuum Cleaner not only for cleaning, but also to collect all unsintered powder in a dedicated container and quickly prepare it for the next print.

With the ATEX vacuum you can clean your work space with a few simple movements.

Remove the mess from your job and recover the dust. With the ATEX vacuum you can pick up dust spilled during print cleaning, both from the workshop and from the print surface. Safely.

Minimize your workflow: collect dust and clean your workspace with a single device.

With the Sinterit separator, the collected powder is automatically placed in the dedicated container, without the need for manual transfer. Afterwards it can be easily poured into the Sinterit Sieve or just closed and left for further processing.

3. Sandblasting station SLS

The SLS Blasting Station uses compressed air and small glass beads to clean SLS prints of powder residue, highlight every detail, polish the print surface and allow moving parts to function better - cleanly and safely.

HEPA filtration and full sealing maintain a dust-free environment around the SLS blasting station and allow you to post-process without coming into contact with powder.

Sandblaster SLS is compatible with the ATEX vacuum cleaner. Using a special vacuum environment, the system separates the abrasive and the powder and removes the powder from the chamber.

5. The Sinterit toolkit

The new powder tools have been designed to keep powder only where it should be and nowhere else. It helps you save powder. Sinterit Studio is the software created to work with all Sinterit printers. It guides you step by step through the entire printing process. Sinterit Studio is designed to make your workflow smooth and simple. From loading the model, arranging the objects to monitoring the status of the printer until the print is complete.
