Specific features of CREATBOT F160

Print head support 420 °C

Creatbot F160 3D printer is equipped with a 260 °C extruder that can print with PLA, ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible, etc. However, it supports 420°C extruder, which can be purchased on request.

Stability

The whole steel body not only ensures printing stability, but also greatly extends the use period. The optimization and cooperation of the overall structure ensures sustainable and efficient operation. According to the manufacturer, the first batch of CREATBOT F160 3D printers have been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.

Closed enclosure + high temperature room

-Fully closed chamber can block all external interference and reduce noise.
-The hot chamber device ensures a maximum chamber temperature of 70°C, which can prevent warping and warping of prints.

Power failure protection and filament depletion detection

CREATBOT F160 will automatically memorize the current position and save the print data. It will continue printing from the last stop point after starting. The printer will avoid invalid printing by stopping printing and warning when filament runs out.

High accuracy and high speed

CREATBOT F160 has an integrated extruder feeding system and guide rail that allows high speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach 0.04 mm and allows constant filament extrusion without blocking.

Touch screen

Air filtration system

Efficient platform and 150 °C hot bed

The heated bed is made of aluminium PCB and quickly reaches 150 °C. The platform is covered with a BuildTak 3D printing surface. The printed object can be stuck well on the printing bed and will not deform
