What the robot does for patients

The functions are chosen for each clinic. We write the content with you, and you approve it before patients see it.

Welcomes patients

It detects patients entering reception and greets them with the clinic's message.

Answers questions

It answers patients' frequent questions from content the clinic has approved. Reception staff get more time for everything else.

Presents the clinic

It explains specialities, treatments and procedures in plain words and introduces the doctors, with voice, gestures and images on the tablet.

Shows the way

It shows a map on screen or walks patients to the consulting room. The temi robot moves around the building on its own.

Remote visits

With the temi robot, relatives or colleagues join a video call from elsewhere, and the robot drives itself to the agreed spot.

Collects feedback

At the end, patients answer a short satisfaction survey on the tablet. The answers go to the system the clinic chooses.

The robots we recommend for clinics

Pepper for reception, temi for wayfinding and video calls, Adibot-A for disinfection. Use them on their own or together.

Where the robot works in a clinic

Where patients pass: at reception, in the waiting room and at the clinic's events.

Reception and waiting room

Pepper welcomes patients, answers questions and directs them to the consulting room. In the waiting room it keeps them busy with information and games.

Events for patients

At Clinica Endorfine in Iași, Pepper presented the clinic's equipment and team. You can rent Pepper+ for an event, with our operator.

It informs patients, it does not diagnose

A reception robot works only with information the clinic has approved and does not ask for medical data. Before installation we agree together where the answers from forms and surveys go.

Approved information only

The robot says what you have approved: opening hours, services, the team and the way to the consulting room.

No diagnoses

It does not diagnose and does not ask for medical data. Medical questions stay with the doctor.

Data goes where you decide

Answers from forms and surveys go to the system the clinic chooses, such as its CRM.

How we start at your clinic

  1. We assess your needs

We talk about your rooms, your patient flow and what the robot must do. Then we recommend the right robot.

  2. See the robot at work

We run a demonstration with the robot at your clinic, so you can see how it works in your space.

  3. We set up the robot

We map the building, write the scenarios in Romanian and English and, for disinfection, set the cycle schedule.

  4. We train your team and stay close

We train your staff and take care of preventive maintenance and software updates.

We also work with public hospitals: our products and services are available through SEAP/SICAP, and we offer free consulting for EU-funded projects.

How much does a reception app cost?

Applications for Pepper and temi are priced in working days, at the public rate on the IRIS Apps page. The robot and travel are quoted separately.

  • We start from our applications, already used by clients
  • You get the estimate in working days before the quote
  • Functions the manufacturer already ships are not charged separately
