EinScan Libre main features

• All in one, wireless and standalone
  Fully autonomous scanner, with 5.5 inch OLED touch screen for capturing, viewing and managing scans. It does not require a PC for basic operation, all functions are integrated on the device.
• Integrated processing on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX
  Jetson Orin NX 16 GB platform with 8-core CPU and Ampere GPU with 1024 CUDA cores ensures very fast data processing, even for large projects. The 1 TB SSD storage provides enough space for high-res models and complex projects.
• Completely wireless in use
  Wireless scanning, wireless data transfer and mobile work with rechargeable batteries. The batteries can be quickly changed and charged in the dedicated docking, so that the scanner is ready for the field at any time.
• Three scanning modes for objects from 0.1 m to over 10 m
  Scanner switches between IR and laser modes to adapt to object size, material and environment, including outdoors in direct light of of the sun.
  
  Laser HD Mode
  101 blue laser lines for markerless scanning with fine detail and rich texture.
  Resolution up to 0.05 mm and support for alignment according to the texture.
• IR Rapid Mode
  Invisible infrared mode, safe for eyes, optimal for large surfaces.
  No markers, efficient high, low sensitivity to ambient light, suitable for outdoors.
  Working distance up to 1.5 m, field of view approximately 983 x 979 mm.
• IR Adaptive Mode
  Mode dedicated to black or very glossy surfaces.
  38 IR lines, volumetric accuracy up to 0.04 plus 0.06 mm per meter.

Full stream on device

• Mesh generation directly on the scanner
  The mesh is generated with a single click, without a PC. Export in STL, OBJ, ASC and LAS formats, ready for 3D printing, CAD or analysis.
• Fast editing of data on the device
  Editing functions directly on the scanner for data cleaning and optimization before export.
• Data Quality Indicator
  Blue areas indicate sufficient data and yellow areas indicate where additional scanning is needed.
• Work area indicator
  Projects a green rectangle that shows the scanning area, so the operator always keeps his object in the optimal area.
• Adjust resolution during the project
  The resolution can be changed without starting a new project. You can see, adjust and continue scanning in the same flow.
• Working distance adjustment
  Possibility to set the distance range to remove the background or to maximize the amount of captured data.
• Light and dark interface
  Open or closed interface themes for good visibility and comfort in any environment.
• Hybrid alignment modes
  Flexible combinations of alignment by geometric features, texture and markers, adaptable to various scanning scenarios.
• Increase accuracy with scale bar
  The validated scale bar can be combined with photogrammetry for real-time marker verification, which improves accuracy when scanning large objects.
