FELIX Food 1.6 Switch Head is the professional version of the Food range, designed for culinary 3D printing with two materials in the same product. Through the two-syringe system and the intelligent cam switching mechanism, you can quickly alternate or combine different ingredients in the same print. From filled chocolate to plant-based products with simulated fat areas, the printer allows complex recipes with fine control of texture and layering. The combination of basic and premium heating heads, the generous working volume and the included automations make it ideal for professional kitchens, R&D laboratories and advanced educational applications.

Dual material printing
Two independently controlled syringes, for combining or alternating two ingredients in the same food product.
Intelligent cam switch mechanism
Allows material change in a few seconds, with minimal impact on production time.
Basic and premium heating heads
The possibility of combining standard and premium heads for recipes with different temperature and viscosity requirements, with heating up to 80 °C on the premium version.
Flexible working volume
Volume 195 x 195 x 170 mm in single mode and 120 x 195 x 170 mm in dual mode, enough for individual servings and products of presentation.
Controlled process for viscous pastes
Volumetric dosing with stepper motor, support for viscosities up to 1000 Pa s and linear force up to 15 kg.
Automation for repeatability
Automatic leveling of the plate, precise control of the layer between 0.25 mm and 3.0 mm and controlled heating of the plate.
Full digital integration
USB, WiFi and Ethernet connectivity, 5 inch touch screen with internal memory and 2 MP camera for monitoring and documentation.
Extended software compatibility
