Description

The Prusa CORE One L+ HighTemp Advanced Filtration bundle is Prusa's large printer ready for engineering materials. It has an HT hotend rated up to 400 °C, a hardened ObXidian 500 nozzle and the HEPA plus activated carbon filtration module. It ships assembled and factory-calibrated, and the first print starts about 5 minutes after unboxing.

Engineering materials

The HT hotend prints at up to 400 °C, so you can use PPS, PPA, PEEK and other high-temperature materials, plus carbon-fibre composites such as PA11-CF or PC-CF. The ObXidian 500 nozzle resists wear from abrasive materials. The bundle includes two idlers, for standard and for high-temperature filaments.

Filtration for offices and labs

The Advanced Filtration module captures particles with its HEPA filter and fumes with activated carbon. With it you can print ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA, PPS and PPA even in a room where people work.

Large parts without warping

The 300 × 300 × 330 mm volume, almost 30 litres, is twice that of the CORE One. The chamber heats actively up to 60 °C and the aluminium bed reaches 120 °C with less than 2 °C variance across 99% of its surface, so large parts do not warp. The CoreXY system reaches 500 mm/s travel speed.
