Printing technology
SLA printing technology offers an innovative printing method using a liquid resin and a UV light beam to print each layer. With its help, printed objects reproduce fine details compared to classic FDM printing. Properties
Resin level sensor - unique sensor that detects the level of resin in the tank. This sensor is mounted below the resin tank and detects low resin levels so the user can be notified. If the resin exceeds the optimal level in the tank, the latter has a protective film so as not to damage the electronic components of the printer.
Motorized Tilt Resin Tank - after curing a single layer, the print is not lifted vertically from the bottom of the tank. Instead tilting the tank provides a final finish to the model and reduces stress on the model, which is much less likely to be detached from the print surface
FEP material - on the bottom of the tank there is a FEP foil that can be easily changed by just tightening a few screws
Automatic calibration - with the help of Trinamic drivers it is not necessary to calibrate the printer after each use because even if you pull out the printing surface to remove a part, the calibration is not affected
Quiet printing - the second advantage of Trinamic drivers is that they ensure printing with reduced noise
Wide range of connectivity options - the printer's control interface is a color LCD touchscreen, and devices will be charged via a USB. Moreover, there is also the possibility of WI-FI and LAN connection, which allows the control of the printer with the help of a web browser.
SMS Notification - by using a web browser connection to the 3D printer, if the printer tank is below the minimum required level, you will be notified via SMS
