Amy+ is the humanoid robot dedicated to financial institutions: banks, insurance offices and high-traffic service desks. She greets clients, directs them to the right counter and significantly cuts queue wait times through AI-driven conversational pre-triage. A 23.8-inch screen handles materials, promotions and face recognition.
Amy Robot is a social robot dedicated to greeting and interacting with employees, customers and business partners. It can be integrated in shopping centers, banks, hospitals, restaurants, or airports.
Depending on each integration, we develop dedicated scenarios based on the needs of the beneficiary. Verbal interaction based on artificial intelligence, autonomous navigation in a predefined space, development of a tablet application are just some of the functionalities integrated into the scenarios.
Face recognition, voice interaction, voice control, map orientation are just some of the functionalities that can be developed custom for the beneficiary.
1. Reception
Customers and visitors interact verbally with Amy and have the personalized tablet for Romanian and English as voice and image support. Approaching a robot interlocutor automatically triggers greeting and farewell reactions.
2. Advertising materials
The 23.8inch touch screen can display brand promotion ads, new product for brands. Amy allows running video streams, interactive maps and preferential reminders.
3. Facial recognition technology
Facial recognition is automatically detected by the camera and user information is collected. Immediate identification is based on the comparison of information with those present in the database to allow access.
4. Guidance
Using advanced navigation technology, the building maps, after the user's voice interaction, the robot will guide him to the set location.
5. Custom Apps
Amy can be integrated in custom in several institutions such as banks, hotels, airports, shopping centers. It is used to provide welcome, guidance and information services. In this way, it reduces the tasks of the customer relations staff.
6. Support system for development
The system allows the development of new customized functionalities for each beneficiary depending on the integration context of the product. Also, core functionality can evolve to create advanced functionality.
7. Autonomous obstacle avoidance
Robots with multiple sensors can autonomously locate the complex environment they are in. By optimizing the obstacle avoidance algorithm, Amy can detect constant changes in the environment to avoid obstacles and choose the optimal route.
Besides the basic functionalities, functionalities requested by the beneficiary can be developed. They can enhance already existing functionality or be custom built.
