Bambu Lab H2D is a complete personal manufacturing hub that integrates 3D printing, engraving and laser cutting, digital cutting and plotting in a single platform. You practically have a mini factory on your desk, with which you can quickly move from prototyping to the production of finished parts and customized objects.

The movement system with 50 μm accuracy ensures a higher level of precision, so that standard parts, joints or joints fit correctly the first time, without additional fine-tuning.

H2D uses a dual nozzle system, which allows multi-material and multi-color printing, combining the same piece of rigid and flexible materials, technical filaments or dedicated support materials with low consumption.

The platform is supported by a strong layer of AI and sensors. Four computer vision cameras, 36 sensors and dedicated servo motors work together through proprietary algorithms to automatically calibrate the equipment, monitor the material flow and detect in real time any printing or engraving problems.

The 10W and 40W laser module at 455 nm transform the H2D into a production laser machine. You can engrave and cut various materials, from 5 mm plywood with the 10W laser to 15 mm plywood with the 40W laser. Contact less 3D Mesh allows the optical measurement of the height of the material and the generation of a 3D map for precise engraving on curved surfaces, and the rotating accessory extends the engraving on cylinders, spheres or rings.

The BirdsEye camera together with vision algorithms offers top view alignment with a precision of up to 0.3 mm. So what you see on the screen is exactly what is being engraved or cut. The Print then Cut and Auto Arrangement functions optimize the positioning of cutting paths on materials, reducing losses and intelligently using material scraps.

H2D includes full auto calibration for laser focus and material thickness measurement. Through Material CodeSync, the equipment can scan the QR code on the material to automatically load the optimal preset.

The dual nozzle system is automatically calibrated by Eddy current sensors, without contact and without calibration tools. In combination with the high-precision optical encoder and active vibration compensation, the machine supports speeds of up to 600 mm with smooth surfaces and precise edges.

On the filament management side, H2D is meant for continuous flow. The DynaSense Extruder system monitors in real time the torque, position and resistance in the extruder, detecting blockages or filament grinding. On the AMS route to the nozzle, 15 sensors monitor the feed speed, tension, filament tip position, thermal environment and dynamic extrusion pressure.

The printing chamber can be heated up to 65 C, and the hotend reaches 350 C, which allows the use of technical and reinforced materials. The high flow hotend, the extruder and the hardened steel nozzle are designed for constant printing at 600 mm and even with fiber materials.

The full metal structure and cast chassis ensure rigidity for high speeds, and the nozzle can be quickly changed through a quick swap mechanism with a single clip.

In the area of safety, H2D Laser Edition includes laser protection windows, emergency stop door sensors, fireproof camera, flame sensors, optional CO2 extinguishing system, closed loop thermal protection and an Adaptive Airflow system that manages air circulation and filtration for smoke, odor and room temperature.

The new generation AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT systems bring brushless servo motors for faster filament feeding, integrated drying function with electromagnetic flap and RFID synchronization for Bambu material settings. This way you have a lot of material and a lot of color at high speeds and with correct humidity management.

In essence, H2D replaces four pieces of equipment in one. You save space, reduce integration costs and open new hybrid production scenarios in the same workflow.
