Our robots among pupils and students

“It was a magical day, and the children were delighted by the humanoid robot Pepper. All the pupils were very curious to ask it questions and to touch it.”
Logiscool FăgărașCoding school for children, at the launch of its robotics courses
“Working with young audiences (pupils or students, members of the academic community) made me realize that we need to bring new elements into how we interact with them.”

Frequently asked questions

Cannot find the answer? Write to us or call us.

Which robot suits young pupils?

For kindergarten and primary school, EduRobot, which presents the school and helps with maths, basic coding or language lessons. For lower secondary school, Alpha Mini, which pupils program with Scratch-style blocks.

Which robot suits a university lab?

One of the Unitree EDU robots: G1+ EDU, R1 EDU, H2 EDU or the Go2 EDU robot dog. The EDU versions allow secondary development through the SDK, and the versions without EDU do not.

How much does it cost?

Alpha Mini and many of the kits have their price listed in the catalog. NAO, EduRobot and the Unitree EDU robots are quoted for the configuration you choose. The commissioning and training package costs EUR 5,520 per humanoid and EUR 3,450 on Go2 EDU, excluding VAT.

Can schools buy through SEAP?

Yes. Our products are available for direct purchase or tender through SEAP/SICAP, Romania's public procurement platform, with the technical documentation you need. We also offer free consulting for EU-funded projects.

Do the robots speak Romanian?

NAO and Alpha Mini run our software, in Romanian and English. Without it, Alpha Mini recognizes 75 voice commands in English. Unitree EDU robots do not speak Romanian out of the box, so we build the Romanian dialogue through our own application.

Do you train teachers?

Yes. On Unitree EDU humanoids, the commissioning and training package includes three days of training for teachers or researchers, and two days on Go2 EDU. For the other robots, training is agreed in the quote. For the TonyPi, TonyBot, DOFBOT SE and H5S kits there are also the IRIS online courses, with a PDF certificate at the end.

Who handles service and repairs?

We service Pepper and Prusa printers ourselves. For NAO, Alpha Mini, Unitree robots and educational robotic arms we take the request and pass it on to the manufacturer or to Clinica Roboților.

  • Educational robotsPrograms written in class show up right away in the robot's movement.
  • 3D printers for schoolsStudents turn a drawn model into a real object.
  • Teacher trainingTeachers start the lessons already familiar with the equipment.
  • Consumables and maintenanceFilament, spare parts and checks, so the lab keeps working.

For a full class, students usually work in teams of two or three per station (guidance only).

The list shows equipment categories, not a quote. We build the final configuration together with the school, based on the curriculum and the space. No price is generated automatically, and funding eligibility is checked separately for each program.
