Autonomous nebulization disinfection robot

The autonomous nebulizing robot from the manufacturer Reeman allows it to provide an effective and fast disinfection (a space of 1000 m2 in approx. 15 minutes), spraying substances such as hypochlorous acid, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, peroxyacetic acid and others. It is suitable for hospitals, clinics, offices, schools, public transport vehicles, etc., in order to eliminate microorganisms, persistent bacteria, viruses or fungi that spread in the air.

The nebulizer has a beautiful beige appearance, precise centimeter-level navigation, world-leading technology for implementing remote disinfection, multi-machine coordination capability, automatic obstacle avoidance and other functions. It can automatically navigate to a designated location in an indoor environment.

You have the freedom to choose the disinfectant substance the robot uses, depending on your preferences and the type of space being disinfected. Some of these are: hypochlorous acid, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, peroxyacetic acid and others. The spraying rate is between 800 and 3000ml/h, and the size of the sprayed particles is between 2~5μm.

The robot has a minimum movement speed of 0.1 m/s, and the maximum is 1 m/s. Thus, it can easily disinfect a space of 1000 square meters in less than 15 minutes.

You can customize the disinfection target position as well as time it (a variety of modes are available) and the nebulizer robot performs disinfection tasks automatically and autonomously, saving time and effort.

Once the lidar sensor detects an obstacle, it will automatically avoid it for stability and safety. The detection angle of 270 ° and the ability to recognize the obstacle from a distance of about 1 meter ensure stable operation of the nebulizer robot. The minimum height that the obstacle must have for it to be detected is 20 cm.

Robot navigation can be controlled remotely through a cloud service platform, so you don't need to push the robot to create the map it needs to follow on the disinfection route. The mapping of the space is done by laser, making it possible to create maps for 40,000 square meters.

The robot has a battery life of 4-5 hours, after which it needs recharging. You can set a minimum value of battery charge percentage at which the robot will charge automatically. When the nebulizer detects that the battery has discharged to a level lower than the set minimum, it moves autonomously to the charging station with an infrared sensor, no manual operation is required.

The robot can be connected to the elevator system (if it allows) to simulate the elevator buttons, thus moving autonomously from one floor to another, up to the designated room for disinfection.
